The service
Zenonify is a web-based workspace for rich-text notes, folders, search, pinned notes, tasks and steps, My Day planning, reminders, voice-to-text capture, AI-assisted organization and writing, and optional note sharing with comments. Features and plan limits shown in the app or on the pricing page form part of the service description and may change as the product evolves.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Zenonify.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share sign-in credentials with others. We may restrict access if needed to protect the service or other users.
Your content and shared links
You retain ownership of notes, tasks, media and other content you create. You give Zenonify the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that content to provide the features you use. We do not claim ownership of your work.
Shared links make the selected note available to anyone who has the link, even without an account. Visitors with the link can read visible comments and may add comments. Comment authors may edit or remove their own comments through browser-based ownership controls; the note owner can manage comments on their note. You are responsible for what you choose to share and should revoke a link when access is no longer appropriate. No-index controls discourage search indexing but do not make a public link private.
AI and voice features
AI suggestions and writing improvements are generated by third-party model providers and can be incomplete or incorrect. Review AI output before relying on or publishing it. When you invoke an AI feature, relevant note content is sent to the configured provider; provider availability, limits and separate terms may apply. If you add your own API key, you are responsible for charges from that provider. Browser voice recognition may depend on your browser and device permissions.
Voice typing does not use your configured AI API key for audio-to-text. It relies on browser/device recognition and, where already available, installed on-device language packs. Browser support, recognition accuracy, latency and network requirements vary; no particular transcription accuracy or universal offline availability is guaranteed. The browser's own speech service may process audio remotely. Review your transcript before saving.
Plans, access and refunds
The free plan and paid Pro features, limits, access period and current prices are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. Razorpay processes eligible payments. A paid plan activates after payment is verified. Pro is currently purchased as a one-time payment for one month or one year of access; it does not automatically renew. You can purchase more time before the period ends. A plan ending does not automatically issue a refund.
Zenonify offers the 30-day money-back guarantee described at checkout. To request a refund within 30 days of an eligible purchase, email contact@zenonify.com with your account email and payment details. Refunds are subject to payment verification and processing by Razorpay. If a charge or plan activation appears incorrect, contact us rather than making a duplicate purchase.
Acceptable use
Use Zenonify lawfully and respect others' rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malware or illegal content, or abuse public comments or AI endpoints. We may suspend an account or remove shared content where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements.
Availability and backups
We work to keep Zenonify available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will work on every browser or network. Keep a separate copy of important material. Do not store passwords, private keys or similarly sensitive secrets in a public shared note.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and delete your account from Settings. Deleting an account may be irreversible and may not immediately remove records retained for payments, security, legal obligations or backups, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
Legal terms and contact
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
